Our run group's weekly run has 3- and 5-mile options at an easy pace, approximately 9:00-10:00/mile for the 5-mile group and 11:00-12:00/mile for the 3-mile group. WeRunSF welcomes any of you from out of town running the SF Marathon. Meet in front of the Ferry Building. We'll do a flat, 3-mile easy, shakeout run. Pace will depend on the group but will be approximately 9:00-10:00/mile. There will not be any bag check. |
