Always Respect Each Other
Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of pace, experience, background, age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or ability.
Encourage others and celebrate achievements; no matter how big or small.
Respect the Environment
Don’t litter; carry trash with you or dispose of it properly.
Respect local communities and businesses we pass or visit.
Be mindful of pedestrians; share the road and sidewalks. Slow down and yield when necessary. Run responsibly.;
Inclusivity & Support
We welcome runners of
all levels and paces;
no one gets left behind. We believe in

Use supportive language and avoid unconstructive criticism or exclusion.
Be mindful of new members and make them feel welcome.
Safety First
Obey all traffic laws, signals, and pedestrian rules during runs.
Alert others of obstacles, vehicles, or hazards.
Wear visible clothing and reflective gear during the dark winter months.
If someone is injured or struggling, stop and help or alert the group leader.
Health & Wellness
Listen to your body. Run within your limits and consult a healthcare provider if needed.
Do not attend runs if you are feeling ill, contagious, or recovering from an injury.
Positive Community Vibes
No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech will be tolerated.
Maintain appropriate behavior at all times, including during post-run social events.
Report any concerns to a group leader or organizer promptly.
Alcohol & Substance Use
If club events include alcohol, drink responsibly.
Illegal drug use at any club event is strictly prohibited.
Breach of Conduct
Failure to adhere to this Code may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the club at the discretion of the organizers.
